「I was on vacation alone and had some dirty clothes piled up, but when I checked in I was told the laundry room was not available. I spent over an hour getting my laundry done at a laundromat 20 miles away. I was very disappointed.」

「The bed was upmost comfort I would stay again and again especially for a airport hotel this exceeds all hotels near airports I’ve seen including name brands 」

「I understand that there is a section of the hotel that allows pets. We stayed in that section because they were completely full. We were lucky to get the last room. The hotel was fine but the section we were in smelled like wet dog and the deodorizer was so strong it burned your eyes. Breakfast was good and the staff was efficient. Not a bad hotel, just not a good room for someone with allergies. 」

「Mainstay Suites has been a perfect option for my daughter as she competes for Miss Virginia. It is quiet, but only 8 minutes away from the competition at Hotel Roanoke or the Berglund Center. Also…there is plenty of room for all the clothes she needs to bring for pageant week! The staff was excellent, responsive, and accommodating! 」
