This house was perfect for a family of 20 for a family reunion trip. Spacious and didn’t once feel over crowded. The house was quiet and very functional for all age ranges.

We had a great time staying at this home! It is perfect for large groups. The home was well-stocked and very clean. The host provided quick responses to inquiries. The home is in a great location - a few minutes from the Marina and a quick drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and Branson attractions.

Our stay at this property was perfect for our family. We loved that each room had its own bathroom with it and the extra space in the kitchen. Our family had 21 people total including 9 kids ages 0-13. It was great that the location was so close to the pool and playground. We also rented a boat from State Park Marina which was only 2 minutes away, so super close. We would definitely recommend this property for a large multi-family get together.

We had a wonderful time the house was very nice, I should have planned a little better on the bed situation, bunk beds were a little difficult for the older generation. The neighborhood was nice, house very nice the walking trails and pool was super. We loved the hot tub overall would highly recommend.

2025 Friend Weekend

Adam was incredibly accommodating and always responded quickly to any messages. The house was absolutely perfect for our large group—it’s a beautiful place! There were a couple of minor things we noticed when we arrived, like the basketball game being a bit damaged, a small holes in the armrest of the couch, and a loose toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms. I just took some pictures and let them know. None of it impacted our stay at all—we had such a great time! I would definitely recommend staying here.

4 Generation Family Vacation

A great destination with things for everyone. The home was attractive and comfortable. We made great memories and enjoyed the private hot tub and decks, the game area, and living room (though that was small for our group). The kitchen was well supplied with table service, utensils, bakeware, pots and pans, toaster and crockpot. we appreciate these since we cooked several meals. A refrigerator up and one down was helpful.I was initially disappointed this home did not have a private pool as our last couple home did, but the slide into the pool was a big hit with our group! Bedding and linens were of a nice quality. The home was spacious.The area had a little of everything - great views and hiking, shows, restaurants, fishing charters, fun shops, pickleball on site, great donuts (Parlor Donuts gets our vote). We made our own fun as well: making pretzels, a tea tasting party, games, games, and games. We would definitely return except we are trying to enjoy various parts of the country. Too, our next vacation home will need to accommodate a larger group as we keep growing.
