Place was clean. Had plenty of room for all of us ( 23 of us ) to sleep plus some. Games for the kids, hot tub and a onsite pool. Overlooks the lake. We stayed 2 days and it had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay! Extended family stay over new years. Plenty is space and activities for the 6 kids (age 8-17) and the beds were so comfortable! Minor thing was some not super clean silverware in the drawer, but an easy enough fix. We’d definitely recommend Cloud Nine to others.Thank you!

Beautiful home with abundant space

This home was plenty of space for our family of 20 plus 2 pets. We loved the lake views and the area in the basement for the kids to play. As an added bonus each bedroom had its own bathroom which made it so much easier in the mornings. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook some meals during our stay. We would most definitely stay here again. The price is amazing for how much space and bedrooms you get. However, be aware that there are no close proximity grassy areas for your dogs to do their business. We had to walk quite a ways to find grass. Also, the king beds are very very firm while the twin bunk rooms are softer. We’ll be looking for this listing again next year!

Great Family Gathering Home

Beautiful brand new three level home overlooking the lake. Lots of room to spread out yet gather as a family. Brand new 7 bedrooms with 7 full baths is unheard of at this price point. Plenty of activities on site in home with no reason to leave unless you run out of drinks or snacks - then just a short trip to the small yet well stocked and inexpensive lakeside store. Everything in the home was like it had been untouched. Kitchen was well stocked. Two refrigerators were great - drinks and water could go downstairs and not take up space in the kitchen fridge. Multiple outdoor spaces on the home were great. A plethora of seating inside and out. Propane fire pit on the lower porch was nice after a dip in the hot tub in the cool evening. The arcade games were a hit. The kids play grill inside was manned by our 2 year old grandson it seemed like 20 out of 24 hours a day - he loved it. Lots of thought into families with children - pack and play, 2 high chairs, kids plastic cups, utensils and plates. No direct lake access from the property but a boat ramp was near by and lake access is abundant and near. Playground was near by. Indoor and outdoor pools were nice. Close to Top of the Rock and Big Cedar. A rock's throw from the great Hollister downtown area. Close enough to all the typical Branson activities yet away from the crowds.
