Home features 2 bedrooms on main level with full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms in basement with two bathrooms with walkout. 4 full baths(master with jetted tub). All rooms have TV's with 4 King Size beds & 1 queen bed. Clubhouse with game room, playground, and small workout area. Two Zero entry pools with a splash pad (a short walk up the street). Basketball court. Big screen TV's with DVD players in family room and basement entertainment area. Bedrooms have Roku available for streaming. PS4 in basement entertainment area and many board games to play in house along with a game table. Back deck with a grill with a table and umbrella. Branson Canyon Nature Trail. Basement family room with one sleeper sofa and one twin futon. Great room has cathedral ceilings. Kitchen is fully stocked with many extras! Home does have a slope to the driveway and has two parking spots with overflow parking just down the street. Overflow parking map will be provided before arrival. We are very excited about our Hawk's Nest home and look forward to you sharing it with us.

The property is amazing. The layout is very nice and conducive for large families. It's close to the pool and a short drive from everything. I would stay here anytime.

Enjoyable stay

Property was clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was very responsive to minor issues that arose, and overall the stay was great. House is outstanding, and located (in our opinion) close enough to all the tourist activities in Branson, yet far away to enjoy peaceful, quiet evenings.

Quiet community for vacationers

Perfect location! Such an easy little drive to Branson, parks and the lakes. So much to do in the area. It was amazing to come "home" to peace and quite. Thank you!

Quiet Little Getaway

This home is lovely! It's in a quiet little nook minutes away from the main strip in Branson. Every detail was attended to, even leaving individual travel packs of qtips! We loved our stay! Thank you for sharing your sweet home with our family!

Awesome place

We loved our stay. The house is so perfect for a family vacation. The bed rooms are spread out and large enough to share. The neighborhood was also very nice and there was no one loud.

Great place to stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Close to all of the attractions. The pools were great for the kids and just a short walk! Loved everything about this place. We were celebrating our 50 wedding anniversary with our kids and grandkids.

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful the location was great ! Loved the back patio with the big grill ! There was room for everyone and then some !! Communication was as good as we couldn’t find the WiFi password but we were taken care of fast and easy !!! Great place to stay !!

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is open with plenty of gathering space for our large family. Really nice to be able to walk to the pool and park. Wonderful area. Parking was steep.

Great Annual Family Vacation Spot

We chose this location for our 2024 Family Vacation and it was a great choice. The property was beautiful and comfortable for all of us. Branson offers so much to do to entertain everyone and it was wonderful just to come and relax in the evenings in this awesome home. The pools were great. The kitchen was greatly stocked with everything! Would definitely book again.

Great Large Family Home!

Great place to stay for a large family. Lots of room to spread-out. Supersized dining table was fantastic. The pool was very nice and well kept. Drawback - The driveway is steep and limited to 2 cars. Any extra cars had to park down the street on a cul-de-sac or near the pool club house. I would highly recommend this property!

Weekend Wedding

Perfect property for my son’s wedding guest and family. Plenty of room at the home and the clubhouse was the perfect place to host a casual rehearsal dinner. Property owners were very helpful and great to communicate with. Branson Canyon is a cozy community with a nice pool area and spacious clubhouse. Close to Big Cedar and the wedding venue, Olive View Estate in Omaha, AR.

Beautiful Home

We were looking for a nice big home for us and our 3 grown children to relax to after Christmas. This house fit the need perfectly. Far enough away from the busy town life but close enough to make a trip to go shopping . Large rooms, big kitchen and living areas. The only downside was the parking was on a big slope and it snowed while we were there. Overall would stay again!

Great property to reconnect with family!!

This property was perfect for our group of 14, including parents, adult children with spouses, and grandchildren. The proximity to Branson activities allowed for multiple trips to town in a day if necessary. We utilized the kitchen and grill, and we had everything we needed to cook full meals. The property manager quickly answered any questions we had, and it was very clean. They have done everything possible to make this a welcoming property for large groups with multiple age groups, and the swimming pool was great! We hope to return again in the future. Thanks for the fun!!

Family Time

Home was beautiful. Well stocked and clean. Problem with refrigerator not cooling at first. Contacted owner and problem was corrected. Master bedroom was freezing. Vents were behind headboard and not accessible to adjust. But we had plenty of blankets. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking The driveway was very steep which caused parking difficult. But our stay was very enjoyable for all. Great time and wonderful memories. No attractions more than a short drive away.
