Church Group

Keystone Lodge was great for our group of 11. It has lots of space and all great amenities. My only recommendation would be to replace the large skillets in the kitchen! We cooked breakfast every morning and the skillets wanted to rock and roll! Overall, we loved our time at Keystone Lodge. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful modern home

A few suggestions: have cleaning staff check the house to make sure door entrance is working properly and all signs of spider webs are gone right before guest arrival. While the house was missing a few kitchen gadgets (as we do cook) like regular household tongs rather than just grill tools; it had adequate supplies and plenty of space for our family of 16. A great view off the East patio for afternoon gatherings is a real plus. It is a straight up the hill and around and down for the outdoor pool if you have walking issues and no yard front or back if that is a concern.

Excellent experience

Property has many amenities. The house was clean and included towels, toiletries , and kitchen supplies. Location was perfect with beautiful views of the lake. The strip is a few mile drive away so you can enjoy the best of Branson. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home

We were in awe of how beautiful the house is!! Everyone loved their rooms and everything about it. The balconies and porches are awesome and we saw a double rainbow during our stay.

Just Fabulous!!

What an Amazing Stay we have with our children and grandchildren -- we loved every minute of our stay from the time we drove onto the property until we left to come home. It was hard to leave!! We will be back!

Great

Wonderful Family weekend

We had the most wonderful time at the house we rented! The common spaces were roomy and had lots of seating. The house was really spotless when we arrived. We all commented on how little noise we heard between our rooms. That was important with a total of 8 kids in our group- with five of them 5 and under! We hope to rent again through RentBranson. They were outstanding in their communications!

Great place for family

Beautiful place, good space for everyone. We stayed 4 days for a family wedding & slept 9 people with plenty of personal space. The house is very comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen. Be sure to take your own spices, oils etc if you plan to cook. Plenty of hot water & very good showers. I took my own bath soap, shampoo & facial tissues, because I like higher quality products than those provided in rentals. This was my third rental with Rent Branson and I give them extremely high marks for responsiveness and for ease of communication. Theirs is the easiest check in and checkout of any rental companies I've used.

Family Vacation

We were a family of 18 and had plenty of room for everyone. All the rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious. Each having their own bathroom and king size bed. The bunk room was perfect for our 4 oldest grandsons. The house had everything we needed for our big group. Our only complaint was that after the first night the water had a horrible smell to it. Smelt like rotten eggs and they had a stack of plastic plates in the pantry that were what looked like grease residue on them. Tried washing them and it would not come out and the trash bags for the kitchen need to be upgraded to something stronger. They were very thin and ripped when we took them out the trashcan. All easy fixes. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and would defiantly return.

Pros and Cons

The good: * Home is beautifully decorated. * Beds, linens and pillows were very comfortable. * Shower pressure was fantastic. * We were only there a short time but there were more starter supplies than I anticipated (TP, trash bags, etc). Which was great. * Communication was frequent and easy. * Great large space to eat and 7 bathrooms were great. * bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor allowed us to spread out kids and adults perfectly! Things that could be improved: * Hard to find. When driving in the dark alone, trying to read the instructions given in the email is challenging. Especially if you’ve never been there and don’t know where to ‘look for the pool’. A suggestion might be to set up a pin from the house that can be texted to renters. * The door locks need immediate repair . The sliding doors on the third floor and first floor wouldn’t lock. Less concerning on the third, but the first floor is where the kids were sleeping (bunk beds). * Not a complaint or something that can be fixed, but more awareness for future renters. The house is ‘sideways ’. It doesn’t face forward like the rest of the homes. For good reason, they positioned it so you can see the water view from your back deck. But it was weird walking out of your front door and staring directly in the window of your neighbor (houses are on top of each other) or going out on you your back deck and all the neighbors able to see you in plain site (particularly weird with the hot tub). * My biggest feedback and, candidly, complaint is on cleanliness. We have done several short term rentals and this is the first time I’ve been super disappointed with the cleaning. * The dishes were disgusting. Food on plates, silverware, pots/pans. We had to hand wash anytime we wanted to use something. Someone needs to take every dish in that house and clean them. * The Keurig needs deep cleaned or replaced. There is a gross film and mold growing where it looks like it’s never been cleaned. * I’ll start this next one with the linens were all clean. But as we were unpacking the first night, I noticed several paper towels and hand towels that had been wadded up and placed on the bed headboard from prior guests. Super gross. I’ll close this out with we had a great time. We will probably go back (not sure about this exact house.). But location was great. And space was great. Everything that wasn’t great, can be fixed if given proper attention.
