"This was my third time staying here. I love how close to beach it us, and the outside shower aresma is great to wash sand off befire entering pool or room. Lots of places to just hang out and meet new people. Walking distance to pier, Soundside Park, and shops. "

"It’s an older beach cottage with pretty much everything you need for a vacation at the beach, so you don’t need to bring anything but yourself and personal belongings. If something is not there, Jim gets it for you. He is a great host and very available to you as needed. The location is great for the beach and walkable to some shops and restaurants. A hot tub was just recently purchased on “our” back porch and is a great added feature to the stay. My husband who does not like noise was bothered by the renter above us walking about her place what seemed like stomping all hours of the day and night. However this was my oversight in not thinking about this when I booked the ground floor."

"The staff is wonderful. The room was the cleanest I've seen when visiting a hotel, Verbo or rental....ever! The motel is a short walking distance to the shore which includes your little private back porch, rocking chairs included. The room is fully supplied with pretty much everything you need, and the motel was very quiet, we had guests next door and around us and barely heard them. Plus, and most importantly, they allow dogs!!"

"I would have never left if it was an option. This place was simply outstanding! We were wanting something that could keep children and adults occupied while having space to spread out and never having to get in the car. This home did exactly that!!!! We could walk to the beach with ease, the store in less then 15 minutes including the pier and a handful of quaint shops. It has literally everything by you need to prepare any meal or snack, games to keep the laughs going, huge tvs to catch a game weather you are in the pool or relaxing on the couch. Oh and coming from someone who struggles with beds that aggregate my back…. These beds were clouds!!!!! I literally could go on and on about how perfect this place is but seriously, just find out for yourself. Quit looking and book this one!!! Can’t wait to come back for what I am hoping will be years to come! "

"Nolan has thought of everything you could need and we didn't have to run out for staples like paper towels, TP, soap, detergent etc. he had these and all other household basics plus extras there: fans, baby gates, all the items on the listing were there and worked. We checked to see if the bikes had survived the rental crowd over the summer and he made sure they were in good shape before we arrived. This was so fun! Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Also great was all the beach stuff: wagon, umbrellas, boogie boards, cooler-- saved space in our car and must haves at the beach! You don't have to walk far at all to the beach, and it's a nice flat sandy beach with houses, no high rises. Love being in a little neighborhood of houses and you're only a mile from shops and the pier. The sunsets on the back deck over the sound are lovely. It's on a busy road but it's not fast traffic and you can't hear the cars inside. Furniture inside the house is in excellent shape -- beds are solid, mattresses clean and solid/soft, pillows pristine and all the bedding in new condition. Sectional sofa looks/feels new and is super comfy! Streaming/TV is great! Wifi works great and my kids kept up with online college courses while there. Thick fluffy towels all provided, (beach and bath). Outdoor shower in great shape. Hot water heater kept up with our family and we have 4 girls! Felt like a safe, good neighborhood, and Nolan was easy to communicate with and so helpful! "

"Great house! Perfect for our family of 4 & dog. With 5 spacious bedrooms the house easily could have accommodated another full family. Lots of space and every amenity you could possibly need. Watching the sunrise over the ocean from the hot tub was very nice…The location is well in range of all the best restaurants (and of course door dash). We would 100% stay again. Thank you!"
