“We had a wonderful stay at the Tip Sea Turtle property in Surf City. The reverse layout of the house is great. Kitchen is well stocked. We had a few minor issues. “This property was perfectly located to the beach, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We went in October so it was a slower season. We loved it… you could open the door and hear the crash of the waves. Beach access was simple and just across the street. Town is walkable for the most part. During busy season, you probably just want walk most of the time. Everyone was very friendly and will be back. ”

“The house is in a perfect location and decorated like I would decorate my own beach house. We enjoyed all the things...early sunrises and evening sunsets off the back of the house were amazing, kayaking was perfect with a dolphin, a sea turtle even laid her eggs during the week we were there!!! Access to beach is just steps away. Beds were very comfortable and we slept great! Erik was extremely attentive and great communication!! I look forward to returning to this beautiful home!”

“Such a cute studio that has everything you need. Communication from the host was excellent. It’s a nice quiet part of the island and proximity to the beach was great!
