Baylin B in the quiet Serenity Point subdivision at the southern tip of Topsail Island offers a beatific panorama of Atlantic Ocean and New Topsail Inlet! This town home provides soothing seaside shades of color throughout the interior to invite you to relax. The updated main level decor with luxury plank flooring throughout pays homage to the seaside locale. Take in the surrounding views from the ocean facing rooms or the ocean side deck. Enjoy the streetside covered porch with views of Serenity Point's pond. In addition to all of these amenities, the community pool, community beach access, and a public sound side access are all just down the street.

Please note: For security purposes, there is an exterior camera on the front porch.

Dirty house, listing did not specify total costs. What a shock! VrBO did not provide good service, just an added layer. Contact local realtor directly, still get lousy service and poor explanations, ridiculously repetitive texts about checkout. No persons capable! Emailed and called about duplicated fees, many many emails. Finally person admits, " well have to change that manually!" Yes please! You are a person, the auto fil isn't cutting it! Inspector showed up to make beds. House passed inspection, still filthy and dishes in cupboard dirty!

Nice house with all needed supplies. Right across the street from the pool and a short walk to the ocean. Could have been cleaner at start, but otherwise was a good rental.

Cute beach house, great location, needs cleaning

The good: This rental was in a fantastic location with a short walk to the beach. It was nice to sit on the deck in the evenings and look out at the ocean. The house itself is adorable and has a great beach feel to it. It could have been a great place to stay. The bad: It was not very clean. The shower head in the master bath was covered in black mold. It wiped off easily enough so I’m not sure why the cleaning service didn’t do it. The ceiling above the shower also has the same mold. The mattress in the master has a huge yellow stain about 2ft in diameter. The mattress pad also had a huge yellow stain on it. The pillows on the master bed were stained with yellow spots. The coffee maker and the toaster were covered with a layer of grime. They hadn’t been wiped off in ages. The garbage is located underneath a cabinet. This cabinet door had drips and splashes of garbage that hadn’t been wiped. The floor of the cabinet and the blender that was stored in it were also covered with garbage splashes. The back deck had a pile of dried feces from a small animal in the corner behind a chair. The throw pillows were flat and worn and dingy. The side of the refrigerator is beginning to rust. I’ve struggled with whether to post a review or not because I hate to leave anything negative but I wish I had known what this property was going to be like in regards to cleanliness and I would have never rented it myself. If anyone had told me about the large yellow stain on the mattress and mattress cover I would never have considered it. I know the owners can’t check on it regularly to see the upkeep and don’t blame them for the state of the rental, that falls on the company who manages the property. The place itself is wonderful, it just needs cleaning.

Great house, great location

Beautiful, clean, awesome location. I couldn’t be happier. Close to beach, pool, and inlet. We had an amazing vacation. House met all of our needs.
