Vacation for family

Everything great. Just a couple of small issues with cleanliness. A bird feather left on bedroom side table and broken refrigerator drawer. Great location.

Place was great but the stairs are just too much for all of us to try and carry luggage and stuff.

The place was beautiful but the stairs are just too much for all of us. That is the only reason we would not stay there again. It’s too much to carry all the luggage up all those stairs when all of us have some medical issues. Had we known the stairs were like that we would not have rented. Definitely need some thing one story or two next time

spring break at topsail island

Clean and well appointed condo just steps from the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and appliances as we ended up making all our meals due to not wanting to eat out in semi crowded restaurants given current COVID situation. Location was convenient with 2 minute commute by foot to nice section of beach no crowds and beautiful sand. This unit does overlook a restaurant and bar next door with outdoor seating and potentially bands playing. It was not open during our stay but you would have a front row seat off the upstairs deck. Check in was easy and unit was very clean and spacious. We had no issues or need for maintenance, etc during our stay.
