Welcome to Seabatical! Pool opens May 1! Whether you have a large family with a wide range of kids and ages, or maybe you just want to invite a handful of friends to soak up the sun and relax by playing games and watching the sunsets in the evenings, you will definitely want to stay here. We can accommodate 2 vehicles parking on site but have a third free spot, please just let us know if that is needed!

Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, is brand new in this property! Newly constructed townhouse in the heart of Surf City. In this house, you will enjoy beautiful views of the Ocean as well as the Intercoastal Waterway and the Surf City Bridge.

Inside you will find a spacious and comfortable living room as well as a dining table with seating up to 10 guests. The Kitchen has plenty of storage for all your vacation snacks, brand new stainless steel appliances, and all the utensils, pots, and pans for those that want to cook. Don't want to eat your delicious meal inside? Then head on out to the back deck and enjoy your meal with the ocean breeze.

As for bedrooms, there are four total bedrooms plus an upstairs bonus room which includes a bunk bed. Two of the bedrooms are king bed suites with full bathrooms attached and tvs. The master suite also includes a sitting area with Roku TV as well as its own private deck. The other two bedrooms are a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. These two rooms share a full size community bathroom.

In the top floor of the house, there is a spacious bonus room with giant couch, Roku TV, Nintendo 64 gaming console, Battlestar Galaga arcade game, table for those late night pizza cravings, a full size bunk bed, desk and chair (not that you really wanted to work on vacation anyways, am I right?) as well as a full size bathroom. Because this house is an end unit, the entire wall faces south and has absolutely spectacular views of the island. Additionally, there is yet another deck off of this room, a perfect spot for cards or boardgames.

Additional features of this house include an outdoor shower and a pack n play provided for the smallest of guests. And were you worried about stairs?? No need!! There is a private elevator in the house just for you!

Centrally located to all the shops, restaurants, breweries, and beach shops in Surf City. There is also a private walkway directly from the neighborhood to the beach. And did I mention the neighborhood pool yet??

Changing table and pack n play provided by hosts. Safety features for the house include carbon monoxide/fire detectors up to code, fire extinguisher under kitchen sink, first aid kit, and an emergency button in the elevator.
