「On first glance, the property seemed as advertised. From there things went downhill quickly. The porch had splinters and loose unsafe floor boards, several doorknobs fell off when turned, and dirty dishes were found in the cabinets. Worst of all, the air conditioning unit upstairs was not working and it was 89 degrees.
