“This was our second year at the property. We had a GREAT time yet again. We had adults ranging from 25 to 75 years old and 2 infants who were one year old and two months old. The accommodations were good for everyone, and the location is absolutely the best. We spend a lot of time on the balconies and at the pool, and the furniture is perfect for those places. “Seas the Day is the best maintained property I've stayed at in the 20 years we've been renting on Topsail Island. Amazing location with the only traffic issues being the always hectic move in Saturday. The view was great, the beach about 30 yards away and the owner texted me hours after our arrival to assure everything was as promised. He even sent someone to check on an issue the previous tenant had reported (and texted me who was coming , why and at what time). Great location and……

Plenty of dishes, kitchen appliances, all of the necessities you need on vacation but forget to pack or decide you'll purchase there...Trudy and Mark are 10 steps ahead of you and have it there when you arrive! The beach access is just across the street, private pool in backyard. We are already planning our next trip to ShoreBreak!”

“This was the best rental experience I’ve ever had! Jim was so kind and provided so many extras that made our stay so easy! He was by far the best host which made the whole experience top notch. We just had to bring our personal stuff. It was nice to be able to use the house wagon, chairs, beach toys and so on. The house was super clean which is very impressive for a beach house! So many little things were thought of, like hooks in the shower for a wet swim suit or the bag of ice in the freezer……

“We had a wonderful stay here during our Surf City vacation with friends. The house was clean and comfortable for adults and small kids. We loved the spacious upstairs living area and the location is amazing!! My only feedback is that the downstairs bunk bed room is a bit cramped for two kids with the basketball game. But it was very manageable. We would definitely come back!”
