「I put excellent because whomever was at the front desk was so kind and helpful to us on the phone. We made reservations but we had an ice storm and couldn't even get out of our driveway, much less our street, so we couldn't make it to the hotel. When I called to cancel the staff associate was extremely kind and cancelled our reservation. 」

「The check in was smooth. The guy at the desk was very kind and knew what he was doing. Breakfast was the same as every other free breakfast, not worth what it cost. Staff is great!」
