"Hit or miss rooms and building. Some smell like sewer and other when you complain then they give a better room. Hotel staff rude mostly and lazy. Too bad otherwise good location and a few good employees. "

"Balcony overlooked paddle courts. Didn't need the aircon. Room needs an upgrade, ie painting, bidet cracked, flooring damaged and tiles missing on the balcony. But good size, clean and comfortable."

Too much renovation going on, you need to send an email if you do any renovation to let guests know. The pool is closed for the season, tried to go up to see the view, which is a shame. Left our bags, but toilet out of order, out flight was in the evening, did not let us use the toilet and said there is only one in the cafeteria, eventually let us use it, that was the worst part.
