“The room was really nice and clean. However, the pool bar was not open which was very disappointing as this is a key factor in choosing a hotel. Additionally, there was no milk in the room and when going down to reception they said they would bring some immediately, however, it didn’t arrive for another 45 minutes, at which point my coffee was cold. Finally, on checking in we were offered a free glass of cava at their pool bar (which was closed but advised it would be open on day 2). On day 2,……

“Arrived at 4pm and our room wasn’t ready, the staff at the front desk were not helpful at all, did not offer anything for the inconvenience, they charge for everything you do in the hotel, even for extra towels or towel changes, so beware! Even though our room was almost $500 per night we still had to deal with all of this. We traveled all around Spain and this is by far the worst hotel. The cleaning staff was very nice!”

“Good location. just 3 mins walk to Old Town. Parking fee around 14 Euro per night, reasonable. We stayed in Room with sea view, Room and Bathroom were large, comfortable stay! Breakfast buffet was great with various selection. We choose the seat at outdoor with tent covered. We enjoyed the seaview so much”

“Heating insufficient and hotel did not answer my questions about that. Shower moldy and broken, we did not dare use it. Toilet unusable for a normal size person, the sink blocks you from sitting down (my wife was able to squeeze in diagonally). In general the room was in a state of disrepair and absolutely nothing like the pictures of the room we had booked. STAY AWAY”
