"Although the property is dated, the property has been well-maintained, updated and is extremely clean. The breakfast was incredible. The staff hospitable and eager to make our stay comfortable. Excellent value for our dollar. We will be back!"

"I gave a 3 because of the amount of hair in the pool was a bit excessive and we had to personally clean it out because it didn’t look like anyone had. Otherwise very enjoyable stay! We will be using this location again! "

"The little cabin was cozy, quiet, and just what we were looking for to get way from Columbus during 4th of July weekend. Despite it's diminutive size, the cabin had everything we needed for 4 nights. The A/C worked well and kept us cool during the very hot days. The beds were comfortable, as was the couch. They also have a wonderfully soft rug spanning the floor. The pond was stocked with fish as promised and I caught a good size bass, as well as a dozen blue gill. The kayaks were in good shape and are fun to take around the pond in the cool mornings and evenings. Seeing and hearing the cattle roam by throughout the day was also enjoyable, especially the little calves. Overall, it was a great experience and we would highly recommend. "

"Our stay was amazing. The house was an amazing mixture of Mothman fandom and antiques. I loved both. All the beds were so comfortable. We felt so welcomed. Our hosts thought of evverything. We loved that they had a selection of mothman movies to watch and they even had a little corner in the home where we could purchase mothman merch! Such a great idea. Thank you for making everything so wonderful for us."

"First I'll stay with communication at first I thought it was a bit excessive but I later understood why I received several communications. When I arrived and finally saw it I was a bit taken a back it's quaint. One single room, a microwave and fridge, I had brought food to cook, which I couldn't. There was a bed a bunk bed and a ladder to a lifted area, sleeping 6 is a stretch. We had 4 but 5 easy if someone wants to sleep up. The balcony really does over look the river it's nice. I was, however, blown away by such amazing citations service that I quickly did not care, it is by far very affordable and a great place to sleep and prepare for your other planned adventures. They're is no swimming or fishing at least not there, although they don't claim that. The breakfast is ample and a great addition. Gena and Chris bent over backwards to do things and make sure we had everything we didn't even know we needed. I have been traveling for over 40 years and have never experienced the level of costumer friendliness and support they provided. I would stay at any of their properties time and time again. Bring boats games, there is a grill and firepit they let you use, a swings and climbing gym thing. The beds were extremely comfortable and the loft is deep."

"Amazing house! Perfect for a weekend getaway with the kiddos! The house was stocked with everything we needed! Lots of fun things to do around downtown! Check out the “Our House” across the street! Tons of history there! Absolutely loved this little town and the people in it! "

"The cottage was so cute. Very clean and had everything we needed. Coffee, creamer, bottled water, plastic silverware and plates, paper towels, seasoning, extra blankets and towels and wash clothes. Also soap and shampoo and cream rinse. Very private and quiet except for the occasional tug boat or loud vehicle driving by. Loved the deck facing the water. The free breakfast was nice and right on time every day. The manager was very polite and friendly and offered to get anything we needed. The parking lot was a little small for parking a pontoon boat but they informed everyone to park at one end so we had the other and it worked out. My only suggestion would be better lawn care, and weeding. Could be such a cute lawn area to spend time. We would definitely come back!!"
