"Our family really enjoyed our one-night stay at this cabin. It's a cool, unique spot right on the river a few miles away from Gallipolis. Very peaceful. The cabin was clean, beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and friendly. Also, it was very pet-friendly. We'd definitely stay again next time in the area. "

"Very disappointing stay. We chose this property for the pool and hot tub to wrap up our spring break trip with the family. Hot tub was broken, pool was too full of people to enjoy plus no towels. Ended up just going back to the room which was not much better, beds were hard and people ubove us were very noisy. I'll go with a different option If back in the area. "

"Both of our rooms smelled -1 smelled musty as though it had not been opened in months and had previously been wet and the other smelled like weed. The laundry room was clean but the front loaders both smelled like mold. The front desk employee working the evening we arrived was excellent and an exceptionally hard worker! Breakfast was .... "horrible hotel. there were stains all over the sheets, the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke, mold and rust in the tub and around the sink, stains and chips all over the walls. the staff at the front desk was not welcoming or helpful in the slightest. don’t waste your money. "

"The hotel was very dated, but pretty clean overall. It's not a buffet breakfast, but you get to pick 3 items instead. Food was pretty good. Bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. Staff was friendly and there's plenty of parking. It's very close to The Root Athletic Complex. I would stay here again. "
