Great new place with a great location close to the Spit and main part of Homer. Also, is very quiet spot a block off main road. Would highly recommend!!

Very clean and nice room with small kitchen area right at Seaplane Base. Nice property with chairs and tables to sit and watch the seaplanes take off and land. Cute bar area in site. Staff was wonderful. Should be noted that they ask you to take your shoes off in the unit which had concrete floors. My foot doctor recommends to not go without shoes on hardwood or concrete.
