You are the upstairs to another larger rental downstairs but all the outdoor areas are separate and it's surprisingly private. You are directly on the river at a great location. We saw manatees every day! The couple of minor issues we had were resolved almost immediately...communication was excellent with the property managers. We'll be back!”

“We had a wonderful stay! The owner was incredibly responsive and informative, even offering access to extra amenities not listed in the description—like the two-person kayak and a Blackstone grill, which was a great bonus for meals. The place itself was spotless, spacious, and the bed was super comfortable.While fridge space and indoor cooking options are limited, it wasn’t an issue for us as we didn’t plan to cook much—and the Blackstone more than made up for it! The neighborhood is peaceful……

“Drove down from Massachusetts, wasn't sure what time I'd get in, but didn't matter because check in was super easy and convenient! I am 6'5 and I still fit in the camper! The property was neat to check out, all the little touches that made it fun to explore. The cleanliness of the whole "campsite" was great, the temperature was great inside the camper amd honestly was perfect for my 2 noght stay!”
