This is a stand-alone home that was built in 2016. Clean and updated, you will have access to the lake while enjoying beautiful views from our porch off the house and the deck and dock less than 50 yds away!

The town of Honeoye and the surrounding area has so many fun places to visit:
- Two ski resorts less than 15 minutes away (Hunt Hollow and Bristol).
- Breweries and wineries: Twisted Rail, The Birdhouse, Irish Mafia, Noble Shepard, etc...
- Hiking at Grimes Glen, Cummings Nature Center, Sandy Bottom. and so many more.

This was our second time staying here, we stayed for a few days over our children's spring break, always a great time. The sunsets are simply breathtaking.

We absolutely loved the house! It was so clean- and beautifully decorated. The view of the water from the back deck was absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sunset was amazing. Victoria was wonderful to communicate with- and was accommodating and kind. The neighborhood was great! We loved how close we were to restaurants/Naples/Cummings Nature center. I highly recommend!
