Rémi Griffoul Concierge Service presents "Dolphin View 1", this beautiful apartment classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation located in the heart of the historic center, on the first floor with a view of the port, perfect for a romantic getaway, offering everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
Completely renovated in 2021 with high-quality materials and fully equipped, you will enjoy staying in this elegantly and tastefully decorated 33m² apartment.
Ideally located in the heart of the historic district, restaurants and shops are just a short walk away. Free parking options are available within a 10-15 minute walk.
The apartment features an open-plan living area with a lounge and TV, a small kitchen (kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, fridge, freezer) with a dining area. A beautiful bedroom with a premium 160/200 cm bed, and a bathroom with shower and WC.
Please note that this apartment is located on the first floor, accessible via a steep spiral staircase typical of the region, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility or those who have difficulty moving.
To ensure your autonomy and a hassle-free arrival, the apartment is equipped with a smart lock. All the necessary information will be provided before your arrival so you can easily access your accommodation.
Well-behaved and clean pets are welcome, and internet access is included so you can stay connected throughout your stay.
Enjoy a pleasant stay without worrying about parking, thanks to the option of booking a spacious closed garage for 1 vehicle in the city center. Its large dimensions allow access for any type of vehicle under 2.60 meters in height, including 4x4s, SUVs, sports cars, pickups, vans, motorcycles, and bicycles (subject to availability, please contact us for more information).
We take care of everything. Bed linen and towels are provided, beds are made upon arrival, shampoo and shower gel are available, welcome products and cleaning are included.
