「Overall I have positive experiences with Harbour Plaza and I have stayed several times. For this time, bad things first: I saw cockroaches in my room and the hotel including the rooms feel VERY aged. If these are deal breakers for you, skip this hotel. I chose this because of the location, it’s near to where I needed to go and very close to MTR station and at least two 7-11s. And the staff have always been very helpful and friendly. Bar and buffet restaurant on the first floor also nice.」

「No hot water for shower at night. There's water remain in the pot right after check-in. God knows what water could that be. 」

「Everything is good. Only the air conditioning is too noisy」

「nice worker, good wash /dry machine」
