Good room size and kitchenette is provided (for those who like to have the option). Check-in counter is more like a security booth than a hotel check-in function. Understand that the hotel has sustainability T&Cs to meet but a hotel should at least provide the basic essentials like soap and shampoo (they could be placed in dispensers)

Toilet bowl was dirty. Mugs instead of glasses were placed in the toilet. Mattresses were too soft. Nevertheless, view of Victoria harbour was excellent. Easy access to eateries nearby. Close to MTR and tram stops.

Room was fine, service quality is not satisfied

Check in experience: not good. First of all, there’re 2 buildings, there was not signage tell us which building for check in. Then, when we check in, there were 3 girls who didn't wear uniform chatting and eating in the reception. They just pass us the key and continue chatting. We have no greeting or any indication on how to get in the other building. For the overall experience, it was not bad. we could see a nice sea view in the room and the shower set was Thann, which we both love this brand. I think the service could be much enhanced to align with the branding and positioning of this hotel.

Easy stay after traveling to Macau - walking distance. Convenient check in. 5mins walk to MTR. Cute coffee shop right below. People working there were courteous. Only thing is the washer and dryer takes a long time.

Misleading advertising

A terrible stay because I payed for a serviced apartment for 4 persons that was not avilablw for four. We didn’t have kitchen apparel , mugs , towels, etc for four and neither adequate space for four of us. Furthermore the harbour view was horrible in front of other apartments and very different from the one showed at website . As soon as we arrived we asked to cancel the rest of the days booked with a refund of these unused days so that we could go elsewhere but we were denied. the worst and most frustrating stay in my entire history with hotels.com.

Comfortable but problems with stay

The room was advertised as a harbor view but upon arrival we barely could see the water since there was a building in the way. We asked to move to the other tower for a better view but we were given mixed messages as to who would take care of it. There was no soap to wash dishes with. Our hot water stopped working for one day and someone had to come fix it for several hours.

틈새 하버뷰

하버뷰로 이용했던 친구들의 룸이 좋아보여서 부모님께 보여드리고 싶어서 예약했습니다. 그런데 분명히 하버뷰라고했는데 South tower는 빌딩사이로 아주 조금 하버가 보입니다! 정보에 부분적 하버뷰라고 명시해야하는거 아닌가요?제대로 정보가 있었다면 제가 돈을 더 지불하더라도 부분하버뷰를 선택하지 않았을껍니다. 여행을 망칠뻔했지만 부모님께서 그냥 즐겁게 여행하자고 하셔서 더 이상 항의하지 않았습니다. 부분적하버뷰라고 명시하지 않으면 고객들은 북쪽타워와 남쪽타워의 뷰의 차이를 알 방법이 없습니다. 사진은 전면이 하버뷰인것처럼 올려놓았으니까요. 속았다는 느낌뿐이었지만 이를 제외한 숙소의 위치와 컨디션은 너무나 좋습니다. 제 리뷰를 보시고 저와 같은 혼돈이 없으셨으면 좋겠고 다른분들께는 도움이 되었으면 좋겠네요. 그리고 호텔은 정보를 반드시 정정해주시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

장기투숙에 적합한 아파트

홍콩 마카오 페리터미널 바로 앞에 있는 호텔입니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 트램정류장도 있어서 교통으로서는 최적의 위치였습니다. 서비스드 아파트먼트이다보니 수건 외의 모든 피요한 물건은 직접 구매했어야 해서 장기투숙에는 권하지만 짧은 투숙에는 불편합니다. 화장실 샤워부스의 물빠짐이 약해 불편했고, 난방이 잘 되지 않아 밤에는 조금 추웠습니다. 노스타워는 앞에 건물이 가려 하버가 잘 보이지 않았고 주변에 레스토랑이나 편의시설이 조금 떨어져 있어 어린 자녀들이 있는 가정은 좀 더 번화가로 권합니다.

다음에 가면 또 머무를 의향이 있는 숙소

가족 여행을 가기에 좋은 숙소 입니다. 다음에 홍콩 여행을 다시 가면 또 들리지 않을까 싶은 호텔입니다. 다만, 쇼파 침대이기에 최대 4인 정도 투숙을 추천하며, 그 이상의 경우에는 침낭을 가져가서 자던가 해야될 듯. 직원들 친절하고 짐 보관 잘 해주고, 체크카드로 보증금 결제했었는데 환불도 잘 되었습니다.(약 8일 소요됨)
