"Many staff members are good, but some could be more helpful and sensitive to the needs of customers. For instance, the security staff at the entrance do not always open the door for my Mom who is in wheelchairs. Nor did they help when we got into and off the car. A cleaning lady rang the bell in the morning and asked when she could do the cleaning. Whereas she's polite, it was intrusive."
