「it is a dump. so small there is hardly enough room to turn around. no chair or table. hardly room enough to open your suitcase on the floor. toilet with rusty towel rack. hardly flushing. shower and toilet all in the same 4x4 feet space. the electronic door key 4 times didn't work. some poor employee had to be woken up to let me in. all that for such expensive price」

Special thanks to Karen (the resident manager ) who kindly helped me source a vase for my 99-roses bouquet gift . The receptionist Janice was amicable too and gave us a warm welcome. We were originally disturbed by some strange odeur in the room on 39th floor but she quickly sorted it out by switching rooms so thank you. We enjoyed our stay which was over a fortnight and loved the pool .
