"I stayed for 6 nights and absolutely loved it. The location was convenient with a mall next door with the metro underground and walking distance to the Bund. Service was friendly and attentive and hotel facilities were fantastic with a 24/7 gym, indoor and outdoor pool, spa with massaging showers, and a onsen style spa with cold plunge and sauna free for guests to use. Couldn't fault this stay and will definitely be back when travelling to Shanghai in the future."

"第二次選擇上海大酒店， 地理位置佳、南京路步行街5分即到達， 如果願意散步，人民廣場、大劇院， 以及另一方向的外灘， 都在30分鐘走路距離內， 地鐵2號線及10號線也很近， 飯店雖有些年代，內部裝潢及設備 都保養的很好或更新適用， 房間空間很夠，床墊柔軟舒適， 我最重視的浴室也一點不馬虎， 廁所、淋雨間、浴缸皆分離， 非常寬敞乾淨， 櫃檯及門口人員服務親切且有效率、 我在訂房時提出的安靜、高樓層需求 都有非常好的被照顧到， 幾次幫忙叫車也很有人情味， 早餐選擇多樣化，唯一可再稍加強的， 肉類熱菜部分表現可以再好一點， 綜合每一方面，總體來說， 這次是一間值得推薦的好飯店。"

"Alisa was very attentive to our needs to make sure we had a great stay. She welcomed us to the hotel and told us about the different amenities. We had a great time at Shanghai Banyan hotel! The view was amazing at the top and our room had an amazing view as well. The customer service here is top tier from the doorman at the front to the cleaning ladies. Everyone here was so welcoming and nice!"
