"Eight minute walk from the MRT station. Reserved a room with separate bed room for my 10 day stay. Beautiful bathroom. Very spacious. View of green fields and the city in the distance. Starbucks at the hotel was a treat. Helen , an intern at the hotel, provided excellent service in the bar area by providing food and cocktails"

"All the staff (the front desk staff, the cleaning staff and the dining room staff), were quite friendly and nice. The hotel was very clean and looked new. Bathroom had a lot of storage space and the shower was awesome with a huge showerhead that felt like a rainfall. It also had a separate handheld piece which was convenient. The toilet was separate from the sink and the shower which was a bit strange. Hotel has free laundry facilities, however, washer and dryer took hours especially if you had a larger load and thick clothes. The room had a lot of counter space to put stuff, however the beds were small. Breakfast was mediocre with a lot of dishes that seemed like it was more for lunch and/or dinner. If you need luggage storage when checking out and have multiple luggage, staff took great care in making sure no one will touch your luggage. Overall, it was a great stay at the hotel and very nice staff. The room was extremely nice, clean and new for the price that we paid."

"Everything about this hotel is great. The staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful. Although the amenities are not brand new, they are well maintained and in good condition. The only thing I disliked was that there was no USB charging port in the room, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel is conveniently located next to New Beitou Station and is surrounded by many supermarkets and restaurants. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Polite and competent staff, great location in terms of convenience (right by the MRT station yellow line). But not the kind of neighborhood I’d hang around - this area was mostly small metal factories and repair shops in the past, and still is to some degree. Decent breakfast buffet in Taiwanese standard, great in the US standard. (Fresh microgreens, hot soup, etc) Rooms are clean and spacious, but the shower door won’t close shut. I also don’t particularly love the aesthetic, the industrial design made me feel like I’m living in a ship yard, but that’s just a personal preference."

"My whole family stayed in this hotel for 10 days. The room was clean and the hot spring was so relaxing. The staffs were so nice and welcoming. Andy Lin the supervisor of the hotel took us to the town and back to the hotel every day. Amy the front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The cook was very nice. Thank you very much."

"The location is a bit further from the central areas like Ximendeng or Xinyi. But it’s conveniently located on top of a train station making it easy to get around. The hotel was clean and quiet. There’s laundry machines available use. They only have each two bed one pillow, could have used another. Beds are a bit hard. But overall comfortable. The AC worked great inside the rooms, it’s very hot and humid in Taipei in June."
