「I booked two beds room but got a room with only one bed. The staff said that they didn’t get this information from Expedia. And our room’s next to the exit door, not feel very safe. The restaurant of the hotel’s good and not that expensive.」

「The Staff, the Luau, the location, and view from our balcony were great. It was noisier than I would have liked with kids in the pool and adults late at night. Also the rules about the daily card/towels were unclear. We were never charged but it was inconvenient to not be able to get towels before 8am and not be able to keep them over night.」

I found it strange that the host came by an knocked on the door an hour after we arrived (I had to jump out the shower to answer) and then asked me 5 times to let her know when we planned on leaving via text and with a note even tho the listing said checkout is at 10 am. Was a bit overwhelming and unnecessary. 」

「Great to have a/c on a humid evening! Didn't use the pool but looked very inviting. Peaceful neighborhood. Coffee maker and kitchenette were adequate but would not be suitable for cooking a meal. Bathroom sink was difficult to use and drained slowly. We used kitchenette sink for washing hands, etc. Host was friendly and responsive.」
