Overall the room was clean, but a bit "tired". The couch was torn, the credenza badly chipped/peeled, and the comforter/quilt a bit old. These few things kept me from giving it 5 stars. The bed was OK- I prefer a firm foam mattress- this one could use an upgrade. Very good location and excellent value.
