Location and view!

Great view of the water and great location for walking in the city. Was clean and had everything we needed for our family of 5. One slept on the pullout couch. Would recommend this spot!

Such an amazing condo, better than the pictures! Great valet service, 26 floor but elevator was very fast, would love to stay here every time we come to Waikiki.

Fantastic Vacation

The condo was wonderful. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the unit is close to so many wonderful places. The valet was quick when we needed access to the rental car. The unit was clean and spacious. Definitely would like to return in the future.

Great Property in the perfect location

Stay was very good. Beautiful condo with amazing views. Close to everything right across from the beach. Unit was very clean. Property manager was excellent to deal with and very accommodating. Had a few minor issues while there but handled well by James. Would recommend the property.

Beautiful

This condo is amazing. The view is spectacular and the location couldn’t have been any better! We walked everywhere. The only Uber we had to take was to the wedding we were here for and golf. Great food and shopping is steps away! We would stay here again. The beds were hard but I asked James and he provided toppers. Great property manager! Everyone is great around the property!!

Stay in Waikiki prior to cruise

Spent three nights in this wonderful condo prior to boarding our cruise. This newly remodeled immaculate two bedroom was everything we could ask for! Spectacular location across the street from Waikiki Beach! Easy short walking distance to beach and shopping and dining. Very quick valet service for our rental car was included. Unbeatable view from 26th floor looking straight onto the beach with spacious balcony. Our group of three adults and one 10 yr old loved it. I have already recommended it to all my friends!!!

Communication with the Captain Cook’s team was easy and just enough. (Not too intrusive but always available!) Check out was easy. (Many places will charge a cleaning fee and also ask you to clean before you leave!) We will definitely book with Captain Cook’s again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in has beautiful views off the large balcony and was a good stay, yet there were some things that needed to be addressed. The area rug was in bad condition with dirty staining and lots of wear. The unit also had a strong musty mildew odor that was hard to breathe. We called to the property manager to report it. It did put a damper on the stay with having to take the time to deal with the issues.

Great Location, Nice Property

Our family of five (three adults and two teens) had a fantastic time at this property. There was plenty of room for all of us, and the view was stunning. A trip to the beach was an elevator ride down and a short walk across the street. The unit had beach chairs and bodyboards, which we utilized frequently. There were a couple of things to be aware of—the seal on the window of the second bedroom was not very good, and given that we were on a high floor with lots of wind, the window produced a lot of noise that woke our kids up on occasion. Unfortunately, our Property Manager (James) was also not very responsive. There were a couple of times we texted him and did not get a response until we contacted the main info email, which seemed to get things moving. Nothing was urgent, and they eventually took care of everything we needed, but the response was a bit slow. Maybe text was not the best outlet to contact them, but we were not told otherwise. Other than a few issues, we enjoyed ourselves and would rent this property again.
