Fantastic location and view

We loved this 29th floor Waikiki condo. Condo was exactly as listed, in a great location and you cannot beat the view from the lanai. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Property with amazing views and amenities!

I will stay here again! We all loved the ocean view and cleanliness of this property! It’s right In front of Waikiki Beach, within walking distance of everything! The tower has valet, and the staff is super friendly! My kids said it was Instagramable!

Beautiful Waikiki Condo with Amazing Views

This recently renovated condo was the perfect place for our Waikiki visit. Amazing ocean and beach views from the lanai (as well as the master bedroom and living room) on the 29th floor of the Waikiki Beach Tower. A terrific location with short walks to shopping and restaurants and the beach is right across the street. The unit has everything you need for a short or longer stay in the area, parking is included as well. We highly recommend staying in the wonderful condo!!!

Beautiful view, wonderful place, great stay

This is an absolutely beautiful place. Stunning view of the water and beach. And the condo is wonderfully decorated. The location is perfect -- close to everything. We walked to most of the places we wanted to go to. People on the property were lovely. Only down side was that we that we only stayed 2 nights, as we went to another island for the rest of our visit. Would have loved to stay in this condo longer. Highly recommend.

The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed for a week stay for 3 people. The view alone is worth staying there, but the pool and and easy access to the beach across the street make it even better! We could walk to everything we needed and had a car for exploring. The valet parking was easy and quick to use and everyone was friendly and kind! I would stay there again anytime!

Great Ocean Front Property

The only drawback was the front bedroom closeted to entrance was very cold the whole time. The day we checked out, a separate thermostat hidden behind the curtain was discovered. Check in/out process was a breeze.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was in an excellent location with outstanding views. The second bedroom was disappointing,you could hear the door slamming from the unit next door, it was also the access to the carpark and rubbish shoot, so again lot's of slamming doors and there is a light outside the door which shines right into the bedroom, the curtains in the room did nothing to stop the light coming in. The unit is quite dated but a great location.

The property manager Bryon was wonderful to work with and thought of all details. Since this condo is new in their inventory he asked if there is anything else the condo is missing that a customer may need, and I gave some suggestions. As a top contributor on Trip Advisor with over 200 reviews, I was a bit hesitant booking a unit without any reviews, but this unit was perfect as described. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cleanliness of this unit left a lot to be desired. The high-touch points definitely weren't sanitized. Our feet were black after walking barefoot in the unit. King bed was on the hard side. Twins converted to a king; didn't have the foam filler for the crack. One sand umbrella was broken. No kids' toys or cooler. Couch has definitely seen better days. We found the throw-away salt and pepper shakers on our last day in a lower cabinet. Rental car ended up with a cracked rear light cover. Can't prove valet did it but I know we didn't; possible it happened in a parking lot. Now we have a claim on our insurance. Staff is super nice. Location can't be beat. View is to die for. Very disappointed that the pool was closed.

Awesome stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is gorgeous. The unit is clean, spacious for us family of 4 with 2 adult children. Although we didn't use the kitchen at all but looks like they provided everything you need to cook with. Plenty of bath towels and extra pillows provided too. There were 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas. However, just a few things:- Shower door in the master restroom is only 2/3 of the length and leaves 1/3 open. Not sure why. Water got splashed when showering. So stepping out of the shower on a wet/slippery floor can cause a liability.- Beach towels are too small. - The AC in the 2nd bedroom needs to be fixed so it can be adjusted. When we checked in, we saw a piece of newspaper taped on it but didn't bother. It was blasting cold air all night. The next morning, we contacted the property manager who came out a few hours later to re-tape with another piece of paper but the blowing air ripped it off in the middle of the night. Hope the owner/property manager take care of the issue a permanent way. - There was a sewage smell the week we were there. On day 2, we saw a notice from the building informing of the emergency plumbing repair. - Unfortunately, pool was closed during our stay. Not much on 4th floor except the gym. - It's very centrally located, right across from the beach. Either you like it or dislike it due to noise. We happened to be there the Aloha week so the strip got blocked for food vendors, entertainers, etc. Despite it's on the 29th floor, we could smell the smoke and food from the ground.But regardless, we enjoyed every minute spent out in the balcony overlooking the ocean. So beautiful.

Perfect Stay at WBT #2902!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay from the moment we walked in! Staying at a location that is not as crowded as where the Sheraton and the Royal Hawaiian is at, it made for a much better experience (the 2 hotels is less than 5 min to walk). The beach is across the street and you can walk further down to a less crowded area of Waikiki Beach. Just know that Waikiki beaches are very rocky in the water. It is a man made beach. You can see from the room what sections have clearings to sit at during the day. There is also a blocked off area where there is not much waves for families with little kids. The best part of staying here is that there's only 4 rooms per floor. There are no screaming kids running down the hallway, and with the elevator right next to each room, you do not have to wait much for the elevator. It's basically a personal elevator. We loved the full kitchen and washer/dryer which we used everyday of our stay. We ordered groceries from Instacart to fill up the fridge for the week. We only went out to eat once a day if that. This made for a cost effective trip when it came to food. Everything is in walking distance except we did take the pink trolley to Ala Moana. We did 3 excursions, and though the pick up were not from WBT, it was at the nearby Hyatt and Twin Fin. The view from the room with the sounds of the ocean made this trip everything we wanted it to be, and more. There is an Eggs and Things downstairs but it is packed. There is a Mc Donalds, but before people criticize why Mc D in Hawaii? There's no Mc Teri burger on the mainland!! That was our dinner one night! Be sure to walk to the Musubi shop less than 5 min from WBT and get there early! It's good eats for the beach and to eat in the room if you get hungry but don't want a full meal. We will definitely be back and recommend WBT to anyone and everyone who comes to Waikiki! Yes it seems a bit pricey, BUT you do save on food and the amount of space in the room is worth every penny!

Fantastic location with an amazing view! The staff were very helpful and responded to my questions promptly. We highly recommend this place, especially for groups of more than five adults. It was very quiet, and the beds were wonderfully firm. We hope to stay here again in the future!
