“The location would be 5 stars. However, the room was small and the furniture was outdated. The kitchenette was adequate for making coffee and using microwave. The view was very nice and only a 6-7 minute walk to the beach. There was a dead roach on bathroom floor when we arrived and the mattress was not comfortable. If the room was updated and had a new mattress, it would have been 5 stars. The free parking was a perk as parking in the city is very expensive. Overall, for the money, it wasn't a……

“The view was beautiful to the beaches and shoreline. Beach accessories were provided which helped tremendously! The room was ok, but outdated. The bedroom TV never worked, so we only had one working TV in the condo. Towels were not up to par. Only given 6 wash towels and 4 bath towels for a week long stay. Although access to laundry was available, the were pay operated. Parking also had to be paid even after paying to stay! Bedroom sheets were dingy as well. I didn’t receive the instructions……

It was an easy walk to downtown, the beach, shops, restaurants, & even a convenience store just down the way. “It was my first time in Hawaii and I don’t think I could have ended up at a better spot. I was taking a course which was only a 2 minute walk. “Perfect location to experience Waikiki for those that don't want to pay big resort fees. The place was clean and we enjoyed cooking most of our own meals. Parking is included, which is fantastic. Target is a five minute walk, which makes it easy to grab groceries. The beach umbrella and chairs were nice to have as well.The biggest opportunity for improvement is communication with the host.
