「This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had!! The unit had a serious cockroach infestation — dozens of cockroaches. At first we noticed them near the kitchen sink, but later found them inside our suitcase and on the walls. This was disgusting and unacceptable. We had to throw away clothes and were worried they had gotten into the coffee maker or food. We never left food out. This was clearly a health and safety issue, not a minor inconvenience. 「Not a great stay. Could not use the 1 1/2 foot wide lanai, very clever pictures that we could not pick that up. Closet door lights faded then would not work towards the end of week one. TV would not work one night, for no apparent reason. Hotel maintenance guy got it working sort of. I opened the breaker for the TV for 30 secs, inputted proper time and seemed to work Ok after that. 「Perfect location to experience Waikiki for those that don't want to pay big resort fees. The place was clean and we enjoyed cooking most of our own meals. Parking is included, which is fantastic.
