Waikīkī Condo Stay

Great location for walking around Waikīkī, easy to FWY for coming and going. Included parking was a huge bonus. Check in and out was super easy. Would definitely use this property again.

Great apartment, great location

Really clean and spacious apartment. We loved the balcony with the partial view of the ocean. Very close to many great restaurants, shopping and the beach. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub one evening before going out for dinner.Check in and check out were very easy

The Place to Stay

The property is in a ideal location and within walking distance to all things Waikīkī. The is unit is clean and spacious with everything you need to enjoy your stay. You want be disappointed.

perfect for stay!

everything was well organized and clean. manager responded really quickly. accessibility was good for eating, shopping and beach. there were a weekend street noise but not that noisy.

Fantastic Location, Paradise

Fantastic location - 5 mins walk to beaches, restaurants and shopping - the temp never dropped to less than 83 degrees. Quiet building - helpful concierge to assist on where to go and what to avoid. Overall - Awesome.

Pretty good overall

The stay was mostly fine. The listing was true to its description. It was a great location. However, we did end up seeing a roach there, so cleanliness could have been improved. Also one thing I want to point out is that parking there is pretty cramped and if you do back in to a spot, be cautious of any ledges above. I ended up shattering my rental car’s rear window

Great Waikiki place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this apartment. We stayed for a week and the views are fantastic. There's two shops across the street if you need anything but everything is so close - you are in the heart of Waikiki and a very close walk to the beach. And to the walkway along the canal for biking, running, walking. Kitchen was stocked and manager was super helpful! Would stay again.

Nice view and free parking included

Location was great!!!! Within walking distance to most of activities. Would definitely stay again but would recommend additional hooks for hanging clothing in bathroom. Limited space for clothing/belongings. Never could figure out how to work television with its components so just used our personal devices . Car space is difficult to get in even with an economy car.

Our property manager was responsive and provided excellent customer service. The pool/hot tub/grill area were great amenities. The parking space was a bit tight, but it was manageable. Many restaurants/things to do within walkable distance (must try Marugame Udon Noodles). The overall area felt safe, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The beach is a longer walk through busy streets but is not hard. The parking spot for the unit is a tight fit and against a wall so I would not recommend a larger car to park there.

The apartment was clean, the neighbors never made any noise, the location is fairly quite and safe, and the price is reasonable. It's about an 8-10 minute walk to Fort DeRussey beach park, the Island Country Markets shop across the street is nice and extremely convenient, and Ala Moana is just a 5 minute drive. Over roughly a year, I found 3 small roaches - considering this is Hawaii, that's not bad at all. Very much enjoyed it here.

Great first stay in Oahu!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful location for a first trip to Oahu since Waikiki has so much to do and see. There were only 2 of us so the studio apartment size worked well. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom size was fine with some room to hold toiletries. The kitchen had the basics, even coffee filter (reusable and paper) and sewing kit! The wifi worked well. The property manager was easy to get ahold of if needed and quick to respond. There is pool and sauna access as a guest as well as an included parking spot (though, like much on the island, spaces are better suited for smaller cars and not large vehicles). I would recommend staying here again.

Uncomfortable straw chairs. A bit high priced. Distance from the center of Waikiki okay, could be further away towards Ala Moana. Parking space convenient but tight space. Saw couple of roaches in kitchen area. Key pad lock a little inconvenient when having to enter quickly.

Location and security are great but little bit old.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and security are great.And pool is clean. The room is little bit old and I don’t like kitchen and bathroom smell. The fire alarm went off at 4:30 in the morning and we evacuated outside. But it was a mistake. It was a hard experience. It was also a shower with warm water(not hot).

Stay at 4 paddles

The property was very clean and was as advertised. Nice location because it was close to the beach and plenty of places to eat. Its lists a washer and dryer. We used the washer but the dryer had directions on how to use it that had where you had to add water to the i believe dryer vent area and we weren't sure about that so we just dried our clothes in the bathroom but other people may be use to this type of dryer. Other than that this place was great and we would definitely stay again. Make sure if you have a car its a small compact car. We rented a Kia Soul and the passenger side is up against the wall so you have to get out of passenger side before you park. Luckily no one parked in parking spot in front of us because there was always a truck next to that spot and we wouldn't of been able to park if someone was in spot infront of us. This place is definitely worth the price we paid for location and cleanliness hopefully we can return again next year!

Convenient location

The person assigned to assist us during our stay (Vincent) had excellent customer service. He gave us easy instructions to check in and even checked in on us to ase how our stay was so far. I must advise; there was a neighbor below us that wrote us a note that we were making too much noise, "we should take our shoes off"(we weren't even wearing shoes) and that he would also call security. The noise he heard was us tugging on the pull out sofa to come out. Apparently, the downstairs neighbor is known to do this, so, don't fret if it happens to you. The coffee maker definitely needs to be replaced. I did not use it. It did not look clean. We had a parking space which was convenient as you'll see parking is not easy on these busy streets. It was great to have AC in the unit. The bidet was awesome! The pool was not in service, but that was ok. The security on the Ground floor were all friendly. Overall, the convenience of having a market across the street (great food and last minute gifts!), a washer and dryer in the unit, and the location of the condo was excellent! I would definitely look at renting this place again. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent this place!

The listing delivered as advertised and had good access to everything we wanted. Parking is for real. Don’t forget to register with building management. Cute place to stay!

April 2016 Stay

I stayed here for a work trip. Great location. Close to beach and restaurants with a great view. Parking included is a huge plus. The room was very clean with all the amenities you need. Highly recommend.
