For an older property it is in reasonable condition and priced well. For us the harbor view right out front was very appealing.

Nice Property and Good Value

The Illikai Condos are a great place to stay. This one was very comfortable with a wonderful harbor view and close to DT Honolulu, very convenient. The lanai had a perfect view to the Friday fireworks at Hilton, as advertised. Would stay again.Managers were responsive and kind.

Amazing Views, Prime Location, and Relaxing Stay

We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental! The views of the marina and sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, making every evening feel magical. The location was perfect—right next to the Hilton Village, and just a short Uber ride away from the heart of Waikiki. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after our days of exploring. We loved having our meals next to the lanai enjoying breakfast and dinner with the stunning ocean and sunset views. However, be mindful if you have little ones, as the lanai is on the smaller side. Overall, this rental was the perfect spot for a week in Oahu.

Awesome Views- even of a Whale from the Room

Perfect convenient location. Views spectacular. Had 2 sets of adults but only one blanket on arrival. Additional blanket delivered later 2nd night. Communication very slow with realtor. Stated we would get an email at 5 days and 1 day before arrival with a specific 4 digit code for room- never received. But the view made the stay. Convenient to beaches and other POI.

Awesome spot! But needs work.

The location and view were fantastic—both 10/10. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Check-in was delayed, and I was given the wrong access code, which caused unnecessary stress. The property was not properly cleaned, aside from the beds being made. Unfortunately, due to these factors, I would not recommend this vacation rental.

OMG - the VIEW!!!!!

The view was the selling point for this condo - and it did not disappoint. The location is not in the heart of Waikiki (which was a plus as far as we were concerned), but close to amenities - ABC Superette right across the street, Don Quixote Market not too far away (pro-tip, buy some poke from the fish counter at Don Quixote, make some rice in the condo's rice cooker, get some spring greens and assemble your own poke bowl for 1/3 the price. So yummy!) The condo could have been a little cleaner around the edges - and a deep cleaning of the grout wouldn't hurt - but all-in-all it was a delightful stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean condo. Beautiful ocean and marina view. Close to plenty of activities on Waikiki

We stayed almost a month and enjoyed every day! So many stores, restaurants and live music within walking distance. The condo is high up and on the water side so it’s quieter than most places in Honolulu. We needed a few extra items for the condo and they were delivered our first day. We enjoy the condo so much that we have stayed there twice so far. We bought a monthly parking pass for $150 at the Ala Wai Boat Harbor (at the SecurePark office). Plenty of pass parking right in front of the Ilikai Marina Condos. Parking in the condo garage is $840 per month. Perfect view of the Friday night fireworks next door at the Hilton. A perfect vacation!

Great Value

Great value for the price we paid. We were going to stay at the Hawaiian Hilton Village but there was a strike going on. So last minute we changed and got a good deal on this room. Let's get the disappointment out of the way first. The fluffy pull out couch that is shown in multiple pictures, is not what it is there. There is an Ikea futon that is very uncomfortable to sit on, let alone sleep on. The futon does semi fold out to a small bed that could fit one teenager. Don't think about snuggling up with a loved one to watch a movie. BUT the other plus do make up for the unremarkable couch. The king sized bed is super comfy. The water pressure is amazing. It is not listed but there are beach chairs in the closet. Kitchen had most things you needed and plenty of silverware and glassware. View was amazing and it was in a very quiet area. We slept very peacefully. Easy walk to most things and Foodland was just nearby. Harbor Pub is on the ground level and a great place to get a beer.

Good Location

Scenery is wonderful as the image in the website. You can see the one of the famous surfing point "Ala Moana Bowls" in front of the view. The Location is good to access to Waikiki Beach and Ala Moana area too. Just it's not the center of Waikiki area though. (To the edge of Waikiki beach is really close. you can walk to Hilton Lagoon too.) The looking out at the lanai must be nice in the Friday night fireworks at Hilton lagoon. (Unfortunately we left before the weekend.) But, please be careful, the lanai is really narrow and seems weak. So it would be better to stay at the inside of the room to watch fireworks, even looking at the ocean front. The rooms are not really fancy but enough as the price. A kind of old Hawaiian Hotels and Condos style like 80s, but you would understand before you book. The parking lot is kind of narrow access from floor to follow, but each parking space is enough. You need to know how you will purchase the daily parking ticket from a kiosk in the entrance. (ask the security, or the maintenance staff neat the parking entrance.) If you have any questions about your booking and stay, just send a message via Vrbo app, then the owner of this room will reply to you (not quickly though) That is what we experienced in this stay. Mahalo..!!

Can’t beat the view

Can’t beat the view, and location! Great size of the place, especially if you are traveling with just two. Anymore than 2 and it could feel cramped. It’s nice that there is a dividing wall between the master and living room if you did need to separate the two. The kitchen has all the appliances you need including a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, fridge/freezer, and even a rice cooker. They do only have 2 ice trays, so I would highly suggest getting bags of ice for the freezer if you plan on taking a cooler to the beach. There are also not many towels. There was only 2 sets (VERY SMALL) for 2 people for 10 days. But the unit says it can fit 4 people. If so, 4 people would each have 1 tiny towel to use for a long vacation. If we wanted clean towels we would have had to take them to a laundry room on another level and pay for the laundry, didn’t seem right for the amount you pay for the unit. It’s a small change that would have really helped our comfort along the stay. The bathroom does come with a hair dryer and curling iron which is nice to not have to pack if you know ahead of time. It also does come with 2 beach chairs which is very nice. Only other thing is the lanai chairs are metal folding chairs, but again, the view is unbeatable. All in all it was a great unit and stay and priced very well. I would highly recommend staying here and will be sharing the link with family and friends!!

Worst company to rent from!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I almost believe this company is a scam. This place was second place we stayed since the first place we have rented had a planned plumming project that resulted in extensive water shut off. They sent us an email at 6:30am on Saturday informing us that there will be a TWO MONTHS water shut off from 8am-5pm Monday- Friday starting Monday morning. It was not an emergency water shut off, it was pre-planned Plumbing Project that affected the unit we were renting from this company. They were impossible to get ahold of. Their two emergency phone numbers listed on their voice mail were, one, an old employee who no-longer worked there, and one that went straight to a voice mail. I truly thank VEBO for stepping in to help us navigate this disaster, but if you are looking at any properties (because they have a few on this island), I highly encourage looking at other listings. They were impossible to work with, also their units were not that clean. After getting re-located to this place in Ala Moana, they did it again! There was once again a planned water shut off that started on the day we were checking out at 8am. This time, they didn't bother to let us know at all. We found out about this because we happened to be paying attention in the elevator signs. Understand we are checking out by 10am, but we would definitely be using water while getting ready or cleanning the condo to be respectful. Highly unsatisfied with this company. This realty company is a horrible company with a bad reputation. They will rent out units knowing there will be a major construction or water shut off without informing the renters.

Amazing view of the marina and ocean. Location is close to Ala moana beach and mall. Wakiki is about 2 miles away. The condo has a full kitchen separated bedroom and living room has a pullout sofa bed. large sized condo, compared to other searches and resonable price.

2 weeks and it felt like home.

Accurate listing. Close to everything and walking distance. Needs a lil update. Did have trouble with the code for the door, never got an email for it. But they got it figured out. Would stay here again.
