Best Location

The cottage is in the most convenient location with beautiful view of Diamond Head from bedrooms. Walking distance to great food, cross Kapiolani Park to beach in 15 mins. It was spotless! Only minor downside was drains were slow and would back up in kitchen and bathroom, likely because of older plumbing. We would love to stay here again.

Conveniently located out of the hustle and bustle but still close. Lovely area restaurants to walk to. Just be ready for parking (a small car) in the driveway or use the lot in the park. Open the windows and enjoy the breezes.

Peaceful Central Point

Such a great, comfortable, quiet little cottage that is just right outside Waikiki. You will love hearing the birds (and roosters). You can take a short walk to get to Pioneer Saloon for a plate lunch or Bogarts cafe for breakfast. The beach and the zoo are all right there. Just a wonderful, restful little spot for when you are in Honolulu. If you want action this is not the place for you. No tv- just a smart tv in bedroom. Open up the windows and enjoy the breeze and peacefulness. And yes be prepared for the driveway - just use the parking lot of the park next door for coming and going.

Reviewer Comments: This unit was beautifully furnished and in a fantastic location.Truly walking distance to Waikiki's beaches,entertainment and restaurants,and there are other mom&pop restaurants even closer to walk to.The unit was immaculately clean, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen (which we didn't use) was furnished with enough stuff to cook if you so choose. It's right next to a wonderful pocket park where you can go have your coffee in the morning and watch the roosters and other birds forage.The one downside was the is super narrow.We actually tore the side view mirror off our first rental car and returned it for a much smaller car which was also difficult to back out. There's a parking lot for the park right there but a sign says no overnight parking and we didn't want to get towed so we continued to use the driveway. FYI there is no TV in this unit if that matters to you. I would absolutely stay here sure to eat at Uncle Bo's PuPu Bar and Grill and get the Kalua Pig Fried Rice and cajun seared Ahi and the malasada puff's at Leonard's Bakery for breakfast.

This is a cosy house in a good location. It's near some excellent Diamond Head restaurants and cafes and not too far from the beach. It had everything we needed, though a few more kitchen utensils and extra blankets would have been helpful.
