The condo has been recently updated with modern furnishings, new flooring, renovated bathroom and kitchen! There is a new comfortable King bed frame & mattress, new sofa sleeper and accent chairs that will make your stay cozy and relaxing. Brand new roller shades makes it easy to enjoy the beautiful full view of the yacht harbor for sunrise to sunset. This condo overlooks the Ilikai courtyard, the yacht harbor and Pacific Ocean. You'll love lounging on the lanai with your morning coffee taking in the breathtaking views. In the evening, relax with your meal or cocktail & watch the sun set over the yacht harbor.

Construction Notice: Exterior spall repair and painting work is currently scheduled for Phase 3 between May - Aug 2026. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. You may also hear construction noise during work hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change & we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule. The project is expected to be completed in January 2027

Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi.
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with four sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Fitness center access is available for a fee.

Please note that the condos are privately owned, and construction or building maintenance may occur during your stay. While owners have no control over external work or noise, construction is typically limited to Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. Most guests experience little to no disruption, as they are often out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping, or participating in activities.
