Newly remodeled 1 bedroom condo with brand new flooring, furniture, and appliances. In the living room is a queen Murphy bed, 2 sofa beds, a 4 person dining table, 4 barstools, and a desk. Free wifi and a vast selection of entertainment options. Washer & dryer in the unit. Whip up a home cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Lots of storage space and central AC throughout.
On the same floor are the pool, jacuzzi, and conference room. FREE PARKING!
Located in the heart of Downtown Honolulu within walking distance to the financial district, arts district, Chinatown, restaurants, bars, shops, and more. Short walk to the historic Aloha Tower, Iolani Palace, Honolulu Hale, Honolulu Museum of Art, and within minutes of many Universities including University of Phoenix, University of Hawaii, Hawaii Pacific University, etc. Nearby stores include: Longs/CVS, Ross, Walgreens, Walmart, 24hr Gym, Starbucks, and local farmers markets. There is a full service restaurant in the lobby. Check them out for their Happy Hour or free karaoke on Tuesday nights!

Good place, more for work than play
Definitely a downtown location. Great new bakery just next door. Not walkable to any beach. Loved the free parking. The building had some strong smells but baking soda in bowls helped keep our place smelling neutral. Plenty of beds for 7 people.

Excellent place for big family
Beds for 6 with a pullout couch sleeping 2 more. Loved having enough places to sleep for my whole family. Lots of extras to make our Hawaii stay smooth, including a boogie board, sand toys, lots of snorkel gear, cooler, stroller and beach towels. It was a pain to drive up to the 7th floor every time we got back from adventures, but you can’t beat free parking!! We didn’t run into any problems and we had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. We would definitely stay here again!

Decent place, not a great location. Bedroom needs black out shades. For a place that sleeps 8, should have 2 toast, toaster. Water pot for cooking needs to be replaced as does trash bin. Couch cushion not good. Small changes could make this apartment a better experience but overall it was fine.

Very Satisfied!
HANH HONG DUONG was easy to communicate and work with. We loved the spacious property and having a reserved parking stall. We had a small challenge which was taken cared of immediately. Best part for us was the close proximity to everything in Honolulu. Will definitely try to get property again for future travel to Oahu.
