Aging Lagoon Tower

It was difficult to sleep at night as the air conditioner runs loud & constantly as it is unable to maintain a consistent temperature in the condo. The bathtub is dated with rust along the bottom. There is no showerhead. It is handheld shower only and not centered so have to lean towards the wall. The self-parking rate is ridiculous @ 70 per day. Luckily there is an Enterprise on property.
