Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
The property itself was as expected. The property management of this condo was horrible as it was managed separate from Luana Waikiki. I reserved and paid for a king bed, but was gi en a queen. The bed was not made with proper fitted bedding. It had twin sheets leaving a partial bare mattress with no mattress covering. Took two days to get proper bedding in which I had to make the bed myself. The coffee pot was a pod style while the coffee provided was for a pot. Unable to use either one. The link provided to Contact Host doesn't work, so we were directed to call the maintenance department for any assistance. They are also only available during normal business hours, so no help or services are available after hours or weekends. Very poor property management and communication. The Luana Waikiki is a great property when booked with them directly.
