This property does not offer accommodations for wedding receptions, large gatherings, or late-night parties. All Funds are 100% refundable if canceled 60 days before the arrival date. Cancellations less than 60 days before the arrival date will not receive a refund, and funds become non-refundable. In this case, we will refund the cleaning fee. Receptions, other large gatherings, and commercial activities are prohibited. Using the hot tub and the swimming pool is at the guests' discretion and risk.
