Perfect location! Room has great view & sufficient for our needs. Pool & hot tub are great added features. Other residents were kind & friendly. Enjoyed the nightly music from neighboring hotel entertainment. Arrived an hour early & owner allowed us to enter the property.

The studio apt. has a beautiful view of the beach and everything you need for a stay in Waikīkī. Everyone in the building we met in the building were friendly. The only negative was the mattress on the bed is not very comfortable, but the couch is. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Bears studio was a perfect option for our small family to stay a month in Oahu! Directly across the street from Waikiki swimming lagoons and close to all shops and restaurant make this studio a great option. The studio was clean, well stocked with basic supplies, and Bear and Cindy were quick to offer information and help as needed! Would stay again!

Overall great location, as this was Waikiki's first highrise condo. The room in minimalist, but when in Hawaii, I never intended to spend a ton of time there anyway. The bed is a pull-out couch, and I found the mattress sufficient. Very low friction stay overall.

Bear & Cindy's studio has everyrhing you need. Just bring some clothes & aloha & you will have a wonderful time. You can walk everywhere & if you need the bus, it's a short walk.away. The owners are.very kind and approachable. Everyone we met in the building was very welcoming! Highly recommend!!

The studio is small, but it has everything you need, plus the views cannot be beaten! You get a great beach view as well as fantastic mountain vistas. There are restaurants nearby of a variety of types, and of course meal delivery widens your choices by far. The beach is right across the street, shopping is just down the street, public transportation (whether TheBus, or the Waikiki Trolley) is just steps away.

Unfortunately, I broke ribs. It was a little tough as far as moving around, but that wasn’t the fault of the property person, and since we end up spending more time than we thought, it was very convenient to get to places on the bus everyone on staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Bear and Cindy’s studio was very cozy. It had a nice big bathroom and all the essentials. Everyone we ran into in the building were very friendly. That’s always a plus. We were able to keep food in the nice sized fridge. There was a microwave and a hot plate for heating up food or doing simple cooking. The room was clean and comfortable. The best part of their condo was the amazing views of the beach and the mountains. I’m going to miss that! We will definitely be back! Thank you Bear and Cindy for a great place to stay!!

Very nicely appointed studio in an excellent location. Lots of goodies to make your stay comfortable. Walk to the beach and a great view of Waikiki. Studio is small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is laundry service on the 2nd floor. The Host/Owner is very communicative and nice.

The property could use a little TLC. There was a towel bar we were afraid to use because it was about to fall, and the entire place was very dusty. Also, the floor was not clean when we arrived, and the mattress might have been comfortable at some point, but is not anymore! The step down from the shower is not very safe either. It's just a stool, and there is no handle to hold when using it. We both almost fell a couple of times. I do feel that had we given them the chance the owners might have attempted to fix these items, but when we attempted to contact the property manager about it instead, we got no response. The best thing about this place is for sure it's location and price! An awesome location for everything!! Even casually running into President Obama!
