Comfortable feeling there. Was hoping for better ease of access to parking, but it was 3 blocks away. Other than that the room was nice, got cleaned daily. Staff was very nice.

Great location! We really enjoyed the opportunity to explore Waikiki from our hotel. Our hotel was upgraded to a very spacious penthouse. We had a huge balcony with beautiful lights. We also enjoyed the shower and the spacious bed. The ceiling fan was a nice touch and it was automated. We really appreciated the hospitality and the ability to stay in a great condition. Thank you.

The Surfjack Hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance of Waikiki beach and many shops and restaurants. It was an easy bus ride from the cruise port and one bus to Pearl Harbor, although that took over an hour one way. The rooms were a good size, we appreciated having a separate sitting room from the bedroom. Dogs are allowed and while we do not have one, it was fun seeing them and they were all well behaved. The staff were terrific - friendly and very helpful. The coffee and tea provided in the morning were both excellent. The pool was wonderful. There was excellent live music, and it doesn't go late. We had great sleeps on a comfortable bed and the room was quiet. We were pleased with our stay, especially since it was a reasonable price for Honolulu.

The room was clean. I really like the powerful A/C. The hotel staff were very helpful. There was a power outage during our stay and they kept us informed the whole time.

What a pleasant stay! We fully enjoyed their lovely pool and relaxing area. The room was very clean and well maintained. The pool area needs to be clean as it was very slippery. Overall, we will definitely come back again!
