Our only issues were: a plugged bathroom drain, which we easily cleared and damaged electrical outlets in bedroom and bathroom, which made plugging in my medical equipment and phone charger challenging, but doable.
Overall, this was a fantastic condo with an amazing view. Checking in and out was a breeze. We always stay in the Waikiki Banyan when in Waikiki, and the layout of this unit was our favorite so far. The enlarged bathroom was a delightful surprise and far superior to other units we've rented. We would definitely recommend this unit, and would book this one again in the future.

My stay was great after I was able to get into the condo. The property manager had me coming in a day later so it took me an hour to get that straightened out and to get into the condo. They were hard to reach because it was after 4 o’clock.

Very well run property. I would recommend and would stay there again.
The property management company was great at communication leading up to our stay. We had an infant and they arranged to have a mobile crib for us.
The property itself was adequate. It was clean, great ocean view, and was a pleasant stay.
While we were staying there the air conditioner unit broke. Management was which to respond to the issue Ave had a brand new unit installed the next day.
