About This studio:
It is a Corner unit, has 365 sq.ft living space and separate lanai, it is very comfortable and quiet. Two large glass Windows allow you to enjoy delightful portions of the ocean/sunset, mountain and city views. Also, this unique tropical curtain design keeps the natural trade wind and bring more peaceful, also the blackout curtains are just perfect for a good night's sleep.
No matter you are in outside or Stay in this room, you are surrounded by sun, surf, sand and tropical Hawaiian style!

This high-power Ac unit boasts an open and welcoming floor plan, complete with King-size bed, a recliner sofa,, kitchenette and extended dinner table with ocean view. You'll find a flat-screen TV, a moveable coffee/laptop table to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The lanai features a table and two chairs, perfect for sipping your morning coffee. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a microwave, mini refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, and basic cooking utensils. We've got your connectivity needs covered with free high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV.

For your beach days, we've got you covered with beach essentials, including beach towels, 2 comfortable beach chairs, snorkeling goggles,2 boogie bords,1 sun umbrella, and a convenient cooler.

If you’d like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we’d suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Hawaii Ace LLC, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

PARKING INFORMATIONS
Living here is very convenient, you can do without a car. There are plenty of things to enjoy within a 2-mile radius. You can really walk there. The bus routes are also very convenient. But if you want to rent a car to explore the island, you can choose to rent a car for the day or for a longer time.

Parking in the hotel: $40/day
The parking capacity in the building is limited and hotel guests have priority. The parking spot cannot be reserved, it works on a first come first serve basis; if there is availability, it costs $40.00 per day, payable directly to the front desk. When you arrive, you can park on the driveway for a short time, then ask the front desk agent if there is parking available. If available, they will require you to register the vehicle providing the license plate number, color, maker, and model. We apologize beforehand for the uncertainty.
Street parking:
Free parking is available on Ala Wai Blvd, except Monday and Friday 8:30am - 11:30am (street cleaning). (Available on a first come, first served basis)
Ala Wai Blvd. is next to the hotel, in the mountain side
Metered street parking is free from 6:00PM-8:00AM and is also on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please understand that parking is very limited and busy in Waikiki on a first come, first served basis. No Guarantee. Cities and counties may have temporary parking restrictions. Please pay attention to the signs and follow the rules.

CHECKOUT CLEANING:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if the bed lines, towels, throw pillows are contaminated and UNCLEANABLE. Thank you for your understanding.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with – 2 bottle of water, 2 mini bags of Macadamia nuts, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bar soap.
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

LINENS & TOWELS:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. The bed is equipped with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and top flat sheet, 4 pillows and covers. The blanket is inside the closet , also a pillow, fitted sheet and flat sheet and a blanket for the recliner sofa are inside the closet.
Throw Pillows and Hawaiian Lei
We provide 2 throw pillows on the bed and 1 Hawaiian Lei, 4 Throw pillows on the recliner sofa for inside room use or decoration. Please put these throw pillows inside the plastic storage box, which is located under the bed if you DO NOT need use it.
DO NOT leave alone the throw pillows on the lanai chair, because the Wind will BLOOD them AWAY! Please avoid the $40/ throw pillow fee for losing the throw pillow.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
The laundry facilities are conveniently situated in the basement and operate using credit cards only! You can buy laundry detergent from there too. You can access the laundry area using the keycard provided inside the unit. Please return back the card after use to avoid the extra charge for losing

TRASH ROOM:
Trash chutes are located on each floor.

Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well.
