Color Dynamics will be doing necessary repairs to the 1st floor upper parking deck waterproof coating. It will be closed Monday morning, September 16, 2024 – Friday, September 27, 2024. The 1st floor will only be accessible through the basement or through the beachfront entrances.
Drop off, pick up, and deliveries can be made by accessing the basement. We will have the garage door open with an attendant from 8am – 6pm. To access outside of these hours we will have a sign with our building security phone number:

This unit comes with two queen-size bed two sofa beds, and it sleeps up to four people.
You will have a full kitchen with gas stove and oven, microwave, and cooking implements. Washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, TV with Cable TV.

-NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE or towel/linen change.
-NO DESIGNATED PARKING. Parking is available across the street for an additional $36.65 per day.

- NO beach goods such as beach towels, beach chairs, or beach parasols are provided. They can be purchased/ rented from a 3rd party company. Please research and rent items at your responsibility.

- No transportation service from the airport

-We provide a Welcome Kit (conditioning shampoo, bar soap, paper goods: bathroom tissue, toilet paper, and a roll of paper towel), however, we DO NOT provide refill or replacement during your stay.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. If not purchased, you acknowledge you have read and understood our cancellation policy and choose not to purchase travel insurance on behalf of all occupants.

We strictly abide by our cancellation policy and travel cancellation because of concerns or restrictions regarding coronavirus. We will not alternate this policy as the pandemic has been ongoing since March 2020 and it is considered a foreseen event.
