The hotel is clean. It is by the airport, so not close to walking within the Amsterdam city, but you can get to the city center easily by the train out of the Hoofddorp station.

Most staff wasn’t very helpful with a few nice ones or they just stared at you. Tv didn’t work asked to sort it and didn’t. Said they couldn’t help me with charging my phone as was about to do and then waited to see my cry and my phone died to then ‘see if you could help’

The room was great—nice and spacious, perfect for a family of four. Only issue was the shower drain; even though the filter was clean, water kept spilling out, so something’s probably up with the drainage. Other than that, everything was really good.
