“Room and bathroom were great; bed / pillows so comfortable; love the robes. Breakfast had just the right amount of variety / selections.
Elevator was not working but we were ok with stairs. It had been not working in our December visit either. ”

“Breakfast foods not at proper temperature. Eggs, sausages were cold coming out of the pans. Wouldn't even melt butter. Can't comment on the cold as I didn't have anything cold. Food assortment was good. Everything in that area was clean, organized and well-stocked. Just needed foods kept at proper temps.
Our room bath floor had coffee spills on it that were pretty old. The dirt stuck on top of them gave that away.
Seeing that makes me wonder what else got skipped. Hallway also had……
