I stayed here as it was the only hotel in Manchester for my graduation that was available. The staff barely knew English. The rooms were dirty. We had double queen beds and was woke up to bed bugs in one of the beds we notified the manager and they said we can put you in another room where they wouldn’t know if there was more or just all stay in the other bed and they would offer 50% back on the stay. They did not give us our 50% upon checkout and the manager is never there. This place I wouldn’t recommend to a rat. Save your money up and stay at a better hotel for your graduation or stay in Manchester this place needs to be investigated for bed bugs and cleaning products and having a clean environment.

We recently stayed here for a weekend visit and had a generally positive experience. While there are a few areas currently undergoing transitions, the hotel served its purpose well and offered a solid stay for the price point. ​ ​The rooms and some of the amenities felt a bit dated, but everything was functional and clean. It’s clear the hotel is working on improvements, as parts of the building appeared to be under construction. This led to a unique setup for the gym, which was located in a hallway area, and unfortunately, the guest laundry was unavailable during our stay. However, given the competitive rates, these minor inconveniences didn't detract much from the overall value. ​ ​The breakfast was a highlight and provided a great start to our mornings. The spread included: ​Scrambled eggs and sausage links ​A "make-your-own" waffle station ​Various continental items (pastries, cereal, etc.) ​Regarding the staff, the atmosphere was somewhat transactional rather than warm. We noticed that when we spoke or said "good morning," we didn't typically get a verbal reply. That being said, they were perfectly professional when it came to our specific needs—they replied to and fulfilled our requests promptly, so we had no actual service issues. ​ ​If you are looking for a functional, well-priced spot for a quick trip, this is a good choice. Despite the construction and the quiet staff, it was a good stay for our weekend visit and worth the cost.

Pool (main reason for choice) was great. Very large with depth of up to 9 feet. Breakfast was good with an ample variety of choices. Blackout shades worked amazingly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gave us a room close to pool on check in.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I booked a stay but unfortunately wasn’t able to come because my daughter came down with the flu. I did the responsible thing by not showing up and potentially exposing staff and other guests to illness. Expedia even reached out to the hotel on my behalf to explain the situation, but despite that, the hotel refused to issue any kind of refund. On top of that, I kept getting the runaround—every time I called, I was told the manager wasn’t available. It felt like they were just avoiding the situation instead of trying to help or even have a conversation about it. It’s frustrating that there was no understanding or flexibility given the circumstances. I wasn’t canceling for no reason—I was trying to protect others. Based on this experience, it feels like customer care isn’t a priority here. If you ever find yourself sick or dealing with a family emergency, don’t expect any compassion or accommodation—you’ll still lose your money.

(sadly no bacon when we were there) Gym was really small and disappointing, nowhere close to what they have on their website (it was one treadmill, one recumbent bike, one bench and dumbbells going all the way to 50 lbs and no real space to work out) The room was as expected, no complaints there.
