"Excellent aesthetics, but the staff could be more knowledgeable and onsite reservations booked very quickly, we should have booked before our arrival or they should make special accommodations for guests staying at the hotel. The layout of the hotel was a bit odd and confusing, getting to the beach was a little challenging, but overall beautiful hotel and excellent location on Kauai. Would stay again."
"The location of the Watson home cannot be beat! You are around the corner from Hanalei town and steps from the beach. The backyard and outdoor areas are beautiful - we spent so many hours admiring the view. It’s spacious and well outfitted! "

"Nice house. Very private on a small cul-de-sac. Neighbors can be a little noisy at times -- loud conversations/music until 11pm or so isn't uncommon. But super convenient to the Lahaina main strip...easily walkable to tons of restaurants, shops, and the beach. No A/C, so you'll use the fans a lot in the summer. Kitchen has the basics, but no dishwasher."
"Just a great spot if you want to experience Hanalei and pretend you’re a local. The beautiful Hanalei beach is less than a two minute walk, which is incredibly practical, for early morning walks before coffee or just popping out to see the sunset. The studio is also just walking distance to the town’s shops and restaurants- and safe to walk back after a Mai Tai at night! The place is very quiet and the host who lives above is helpful yet very respectful of the guests’ privacy. "

"The house was perfect for what we needed. Excellent location as we were right in the heart of Hanalei and so close to all coffee shops and shopping and restaurants. A quick walk to the beach or a bike ride. Buggy at the house made it easy to bring the beach chairs and umbrella to the beach as well. They have thought of everything."
