「Great location and everything was perfect for our stay very clean and cozy」

「Good location, the room needs some TLC. Pans need replacing, carpet is worn, Mattress is hard, toilet is hard to flush, tub takes awhile to drain. TV and Wifi was excellent. View on backside is awesome. 」

「The actual apartment was clean and well decorated. My issue comes from the neighbor on the right side. I was simply standing in the door frame and he came out yelling he was going to “f me up”. I got a little spooked out so I had to call a family friend to escort me out which was inconvenient but at no fault of the owner.」

「(it was not a snow time of year so no comment on those activities)the unit is on the 2nd floor so requires 2 sets of stairs in and out, which should be noted upfront for those who may have difficulty with them. Also, the spiral staircase to the upper floor with the bedrooms and bathroom looks intimidating but actually had great rail support and tread traction, so we got used to it.the unit was very clean but not with smelly chemicals, which we appreciated.it was also very well appointed with...
