Coral Reef House is a well-built, spacious home located in the heart of Hope Town with stunning ocean views. The property consists of a main house and a guest cottage, totaling six bedrooms, six baths, and two powder rooms, and a private dock within walking distance.

The main house has a large living room area, a fully stocked open concept kitchen, and an expansive oceanfront deck with steps down to the beach. Lots of light, space and comfort are offered, with water and town views from every angle. Also on the main floor is a private queen bedroom with a private bath and separate door to the outdoors, and a powder room. There are two king primary bedrooms with private baths on the second floor, each with French doors leading to a private, oceanfront balcony. Just across the hall from the king suites is a queen bedroom and private bath. There is a coveted, fully enclosed stairway to the crow's nest, which offers 360-degree views of the island, so you can have coffee facing the sunrise and cocktails facing the habour and famous lighthouse. Unusually, there is a full basement, perfect for game night, featuring a pool table and small bar and fridge.

Coral Reef’s guest house is located facing the harbour on the street side of the property. There are two queen bedrooms, each with access to its own bath. There are a fully equipped kitchen, powder room, and cozy living and dining area on the main floor. This gives guests extra space, allowing everyone to stay together but escape for some privacy when needed.
